As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from Mannisko containing a Track & Trace. Here you can view the status of the shipment.

Return
Below you will find the most frequently asked questions about returns.
You have the option to return your order within 14 days of the shipment date. Make sure that the products are unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Keep your return receipt until it has been processed.
Some types of items cannot be returned:

We aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt. You will receive an email as soon as the return has been processed.
The purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method you used to order.
- iDeal: The amount will be back on your account within five working days.
- MasterCard: The amount will be on your credit card overview within 14 working days.
- Klarna: Your invoice will be adjusted via Klarna.
- The return costs are for your own account. If you want to be sure that the return shipment will arrive, use a track & trace shipping method.
- We cannot reimburse a lost return shipment.
- The products must be sent neatly, in case of damage when receiving your return shipment, this can be charged.
- The products must be unused and unaltered.
- Any included free items must also be returned.
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during shipping. In this case, please contact us via "contact" within 24 hours of receipt, enclosing a photo of the damaged item.
The return costs are for your own account. Keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

Below you will find the most frequently asked questions about Mannisko products.
At Mannisko it is possible to choose a gemstone for your jewelry yourself . If you want to make a choice yourself, please let us know at "Order note". After this you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible with a photo of a selection of stones from which you can make a choice.
For some designs it is not possible to choose a gemstone yourself. Do you want to be sure that you can choose one yourself? Please contact us first via Livechat or E-mail (Klantenservice@mannisko.com).
However, a longer shipping time must be taken into account due to the required communication.
Mannisko sells jewelry made of stainless steel and 925 sterling silver . (unless otherwise indicated in the description of a product).
Would you like to know what material a piece of jewelery is made of? Look at a product under the heading "Specifications".
Stainless steel is harder and stronger than silver, making it less likely to break.
Apart from the fact that stainless steel is very strong and does not discolour, the jewelry can still get dirty. With every order you get a polishing cloth to remove fingerprints etc.
Jewelry made of 925 silver can oxidize.
Tarnishing occurs as a result of silver jewelry being exposed to oxygen and sulfur particles in the air. So to prevent your silver jewelry from tarnishing, store it in a resealable bag or other airtight container. If using a sachet, make sure to remove all air before closing the sachet. To prevent jewelry from scratching each other, store each piece separately.
With every order you will receive a polishing cloth, with which you can easily remove oxidation from your jewellery.

Many gemstones can withstand water, including quartz or amethyst, for example, this is not the case for opal and will (temporarily) lose its color, this is because opal absorbs water.
Make sure that you take off your opal jewelry with sports, hand washing, showering and etc.
If you are not sure whether your gemstone can withstand water, you can easily find this answer via a search engine.
Real gemstones are used at Mannisko, many gemstones have unique properties and therefore rarely look the same. The gemstone in your piece of jewelery may therefore look different from the product photo. If you want to make a choice yourself, please contact us via "contact".

The guarantee is only valid within the guarantee period and when there is a justified complaint. In the following cases there is no justified complaint:
- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Intentional or negligent damage. For example, water, fall and/or impact damage
- Exceptional wear
- Damage caused by incorrect use of adjustable rings, for example bending them too far.
